Universal Yoga has been one of my first true yoga experiences. I've been going to Vijay since 2008. I finished Ashtanga 300 hours with him and I am very happy I did. One of the most authentic teachers out there. Vijay's team, his boys, are very helpful and just really good people.

This visit was my second and excellent as the previous one. A class with vijay is not only a very good class where one is instructed and corrected, but also a chance to watch a gifted yogi in action-his physical abilities are unbelievable. He also flavors the class with a some singing and a bit philosophy, which are another add-on to an ordinary class.

Changed my life, not once but twice. I loved every single session during the TTC training. All the alignment tips were very helpful and I learned a lot (not just a lot, but really a lot!). Thank you so much, you are a great and amazing teacher
