My friend and I went to this hotel to relax and lose weight. Unfortunately, we only managed to relax. We've only been in this hotel for one week, because the hotel was shut down because of the COVID-19 We were very satisfied with the good attitude and friendliness of the doctors, especially Madame Sumudu was remembered. Masseurists are very smiling and adjust to a positive. Dietary food. Rooms are large but require renovation, especially bathrooms. The service is at the highest level. The pool is clean. Price and quality are objective. I really want to go back and get a full treatment at this hotel.

I booked a deluxe room through official site that was not convenient to change or cancel. I had some inquiries but the replies are not always quick. The hotel facilities and the meals were good and therapists were excellent, but counseling is questionable. It must be more personalized and reflected to prescription according to body condition by person. There needs some improvements, but I had very good time, thanks to the unique environment originally designed by Geoffery Bawa.

It was great from the start, when I arrived very early in the morning before 8:00 am, I immediately could check in, received breakfast and lunch as well as welcome treatments the same day without surcharge. The superb facility is beautifully located at a lovely beach, staff is super-friendly and attentive, and the therapists extremely professional, all communicating excellently in English and/or German. This was my first Ayurveda treatment at Heritance, but surely not my last.

I recently visited my second home, Sri Lanka, and while I was there staying in The PAlms Beruwala, I went to the Heritance Ayurveda, which I used to know as The Neptune. I badly needed a full body therapy, so I contacted my friend who now works there and she arranged it for me, I think they do t normally take outside guests!! The place was so quiet and serene, all the staff I met were very helpful and kind, The therapy lady that did my treatment was called, Manori and my friend is called Amitha, I actually had another treatment before I returned home to UK, I can highly recommend this hotel if you need a lot of TLC,.Treat yourself, you deserve it!!!

It's a wonderful place! Really! I have never been treated that good in my life. The view, food, the doctors, staff – everything like home. I cant wait I will come back there. And lots of wildlife around the hotel, mostly birds, you will enjoy it. If you have a choice ask for Prabath as your therapist. He is a really good man.
