One Yoga provides a very comprehensive On line 200Hour Hatha Teacher Training . Great to work at your own pace with the ability to go back and review or replay the lectures as needed. Zoom meetings each morning with a different instructor each day help to solidify what you have learned. All instructors are very approachable and easy to talk to making this a wonderful experience.

I can't recommend the 200 hour YTT at One Yoga highly enough! each of the teachers have an incredible wealth of knowledge, are experts in their field and are truly authentic yogis - in it for all the right reasons. The course is well designed with an emphasis on philosophy and practical teaching experience encouraged form week 1 to ensure students finish the course feeling as confident as they can. All of the staff are kind and helpful , the location and resort are beautiful and the food is amazing! I wish I could do it all over again!
