Lifeflow is an amazing centre run by a wonderful group of teachers with a wealth of knowledge. I have been attending classes and retreats with them for nearly 4 years now. I started out with a free 'come and try' and then into the beginner 'learn to meditate' course and from there I was hooked. The teachers provide not only the framework and direction to learn how to meditate (in simple ways that are accessible to everyone, no matter your previous meditation experience), but also amazing support navigating through the ups and downs of life and using meditation as a basis to more skilfully manage those times.

I just returned from the Mindfulness Retreat weekend and absolutely loved it. Was very insightful and a little different to what I expected (haha expectations ?? ) but in a good way.. Also the food was amazing! Very much looking forward to increasing and improving my meditation and already thinking about the 7 day retreat!! ??

Attended the Blissful body, open heart, mindful action Retreat on the weekend. Tara Hills retreat is a calm, peaceful and very comfortable place, in a beautiful location. The food was great, the leadership professional, kind and generous, and very skilful. The content was comprehensive and very valuable. I will be attending another for sure.

Sound practices and solid teaching creating strong foundations in people - with a purpose-based centre in Frewville, and a retreat centre in the Adelaide Hills which is superb. For anyone wanting to build up their meditation and mindfulness practices in Adelaide, this is the place to be part of.
