The most aligned and high vibrational hot yoga studio I've ever found (and I've practiced all over the world). Expect a deep physical workout with heart centred teachers who connect deeper spiritual wisdom to the practice. Every time I visit the studio I feel I've just had the biggest therapy session. Very grateful to everyone a the studio ? HIGHLY recommend!

Knowledgeable, caring and passionate teachers. Run on time. Welcoming and relaxed vibe. Friendly and inclusive community. Bathrooms are all recently updated and clean. Will definitely be back when I visit the GC again.

Having practiced all over the world with at least 100 different instructors in the last few years it’s sooo nice to come home to Sean and Jodie’s studio in Burliegh. They have a an excellent diverse range of instructors all of which are at least as good as any instructors I have practiced with anywhere. The respect and following they have created in the industry is a real credit to them.

This place is such a credit to the owners Jodie and Sean... and to all the incredible incredible staff! The Yoga is just incredible and there's so much more with Pilates and other classes ! They're open wonderful hours and they have great facilities and clean bathrooms and really friendly super knowledgeable staff and easy parking and just an all around great experience ! I've tried so much different yoga all over the world and this is the first time I really feel like I'm getting flexible body and a flexible mind ! Interestingly I've never been able to stretch my arms directly above my head because of old shoulder injuries and tension... but since I've done this yoga here I can now dive into a swimming pool and actually feel human... with my arms outstretched normally ! That might not sound much to you but it's incredibly important for me as I was as stiff as a board a few years ago before starting here !

3 months after a total knee replacement I returned to classes for the first time on Wednesday night. Returning has been my motivation and now classes will play a massive part in my rehab. I just love it and such a wonderful group of teachers. Try a class, you'll love it!!!

Quite simply - an awesome Bikram Yoga Studio! Wonderfully passionate teachers, a beautiful studio and an environment where you feel connected and a part of something special.. There's no diluted message here, it's about the YOGA and not about how hot you look in the latest yoga clothing.. Anybody, absolutely anybody should get down to these 2 studios! So very grateful to call this place my home studio! Thank you Thank you Thank you! x x

Two years of training and my lung capacity and cardiac strength make it so worth it on mornings like today in the surf. I had to handle a few outside monster set smashings and did so like a pro. Thanks guys!
