Get ready to calm your mind, release tension in your body and experience the joy of yoga! Our style of yoga is Vinyasa Yoga so we typically flow from one pose to the next, connecting movement with breath. All of our classes start with a short meditation, followed by a warm up and series of active yoga poses, finishing with a warm down and a few minutes of deep relaxation to end the class. You’ll have the opportunity to explore and challenge your strength, balance and flexibility as well as practice mindfulness as you move through this dynamic yoga class. If you're new to yoga, don't worry! All of our classes are perfect for beginners as well as intermediates.
