I’ve been attending Bikram Yoga for 3 months, I’m feeling like a new man feeling good, sleeping eating and relaxing fantastic. Prior to starting at Bikram, I had been really sick for the past 2 years. At first my Doctor said I had a Virus. I was short of Breath, then my Sodium Level was low, so I needed to go in Hospital, I had a continues bad cough which I was unable to lie down with out 5 pillows, then into hospital again after tests they said I had fluid on my lungs also I was diagnoses with a critical Heart Condition. So I talked with my Doctor, about doing Yoga he said it would kill me. However I thought I’d nothing to lose and believe me it’s the best thing i’ve eer done in my life, I feel like a new man. After yoga in the morning then I have lunch. I then go for 7 kls walk. Life is great now.

If I may one more little piece of advice : for the first 4 weeks in every class I attended I would respond to the teacher by saying ” Have a nice day” until one day a lovely lady leant into me and said its actually “Namaste”

This place is incredible!! Just recently joined this place and I can say it’s the Best in the West. Timothy is a great instructor and so helpful, corrects your postures and a great motivator. Highly recommended!

I've been practicing here for over 3 years now and from day 1 it felt like home. The owner is always friendly and welcoming and the heat is well spread around the room. Introducing Hot Pilates was brilliant as it complements the yoga stretches with core strength. It's definitely one of the best studios I've been to since I started practicing.

Welcoming atmosphere, positive vibes and excellent amenities with quality teachers and classes that actually make a difference to your mind and body. Love this studio! Always so friendly and welcoming. I mostly do the Pilates classes here and I always leave feeling uplifted and energised! All the teachers have their own way of making you push yourself while also making sure you have fun ???????????? They’re all great! Facilities are clean and comfortable too ??

Love this studio! The Hot Pilates is a great cardio complement to traditional Bikram Yoga. Timothy is a great teacher who corrects your postures so you can improve with each class. Shaan and Michelle are balls of energy. Unfortunately I moved to another area therefore could not continue my membership. Highly recommended.
