Absolutely recommend The Bright Path. The Ascension meditation practice offered is simple and very powerful at the same time. I love that there is no fixed way to sit. And you can use Ascension eyes open and closed. It has given me access to a continuous well of peace, even amidst chaos. In all aspects of my life. From this it is easy to live my life’s purpose. If you wish to live the greatest life possible for you, Ascension is an awesome base for it.

Simply the most effective, clear and effortless practice i have discovered for my journey to find peace and happiness in my daily life. the teachers are super helpful and inspiring which is what drew me to learn and stay committed, they are ordinary people like all of us up to extraordinary stuff, I am very grateful to have found this meditation practice and teaching in my life.

It's the best investment that I have ever made in myself. The teaching is simple and effective. If practised regularly, you naturally put more attention on the present moment and rest in the source of who you are: eternal peace, joy and love. As a result, life flows more seemlessly. One of the most surprising parts for me was the support that I received and continued to receive long after the weekend course was completed. I don't know of many programs where you pay for a weekend but have teachers committed to being available for you for life.

This practice changed my life! The tools are simple yet WORK. the teachers were loving and supportive nad really know their thing! And there is a bigger picture to all of this... yes, i have more peace and gentleness, but i never knew what my Life Purpose was all about. Now, i can say i live in a contentment and a desire to help others, to share kindness and to be euthentic. All of this was because I learnt these techniques from The Bright Path.

This teaching has been such a blessing to my life and the most accessible and profound that I have ever come across. I can't recommend it highly enough. It has shown me how to live as the highest version of myself and focus on freedom. The community is very supportive too.

The techniques of the Bright Path are simple, powerful and sacred. Before i learnt these tools i was very unhappy, after i felt a great sense of purpose, direction and awareness and this keeps on developing. Totally invaluable!
