I really enjoy going to Yoga Nature classes, even if I feel on overload from work when I go in I always feel very relaxed when I leave. Jo & Ben lead the classes in a very calm, gentle and informative way, they have a multi dimensional approach covering yoga postures, breathing, self care and nature. The class routines vary depending on the seasons and they explain the impact of the postures on our body in terms of the benefits which I find very useful. Jo & Ben suggest variations for some moves and encourage us to listen to our bodies when choosing which posture to do. Once every 3 months Mark comes to do a sound bath for half of the session, I had no idea what to expect but they are incredibly calming! The location is warm and spacious too, I would recommend this class to anyone, they will make you feel very welcome.
