This is the best place to do yoga, whether in a weekly live class, doing a live on-line class or a session from their extensive online library. Hannah and Chris offer a "top to toe" experience, ensuring that both body and mind are exercised, strengthened and relaxed. Classes are varied, friendly and purposeful.
