Highly recommend. The amount of pain I have been in with my back and Katy has been fantastic with me. Her knowledge is amazing and slowly but surely I feel like I am gaining some confidence back. Attended the Mindfulness for Wellbeing Course, really enjoyed my first exploration of Mindfulness. The course has enabled me to sit back, concentrate on the present and moved me forward with taking time out within the busy days, Great course would recommend, well done Adam.

Very clean and new, the lady on reception was welcoming but there is no parking and it requires you to navigate 2 flights of stairs, no lift so my father had to cancel his assessment. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Amazing venue, so tranquil. Lindsay and Adam are epitome of kindness, professionalism without losing the personal touch. I cannot speak highly enough about Lindsay, she inspires me. Because she is a trained physio and exceptionally good, you are in good hands with Lindsay. One day I would like to join the gong bath (I've probably said this wrong) I believe they are Tibetan bowls. I have only once done this at a friends house. Lyndsey did wonders with my back years ago, now I'm older I am getting stiffer all over, so I booked a course of Pilates. Feel really safe in that I am not expected to work above my flexibility. As I already knew, she has an excellent knowledge of the body and great instruction. Forgot to mention how I feel really good not just physically after.. but it improves my mood too!

I have thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted from the Pilates classes offered both in person (and able to be accessed online too, which is a great bonus if you have to miss one or two) . Lynsey carefully talks you through and demonstrates each move offering progression through levels where appropriate. Nice studio and friendly atmosphere .

The building is lovely with high vaulted ceilings and beautiful calming colours and decor. I attend Pilates classes here with various instructors who are all lovely people and very knowledgable, I love the session , they are the best I have ever been to and they have not only improved my flexibility and fitness but do wonders for my mental health, I couldn’t recommend these classes enough.

The Pilates classes are the best I have ever attended and have helped me see results very quickly, the team are so kind, professional and happy to see you. 🥰 I can highly recommend the beginners classes which are also available on Zoom, this is my third set I have signed up for and will continue with Pilates here but maybe try out the improvers classes

Having physio here on my knee after a running injury. Lyndsay and her team really know what they are talking about and are passionate about resolving the issues. I also have monthly sports massages and I can honestly say I wish I would of started having these earlier. Have already recommended to friends and I'll see you for my next appointment 👍

Over the past 9 years I have tried a number of therapies to help manage fibromyalgia. Last 4 weeks of treatment here has made more difference than anything else and has given me hope that I can develop core strength and relieve tension in my back , hamstrings , etc. I may even be able to put my shoes in without sitting down. Saw Kev Farley 3 weeks ago with chronic hip and pain down my right leg, Kev, diagnosed bursitis and gave me exercises to do. Went back today, feeling amazing in comparison. Reduced painkillers everyday, not walking with a limp, having to be careful how I move and twist. Kev did some manipulation and he was pleased how much movability I had this week. Thanks Kev, good job, Gwynn ☺️

Had pilates lessons here in person pre-covid and via zoom since then. Very experienced and friendly instructors. Easy to follow instructions and accommodating of all levels of experience. Has been very useful for my back. Would highly recommend.

I have been attending this practice for many years and it is all down to Lindsey for keeping me actively mobile with regular pilates, even through Covid when the classes went on line. Lindsey and Adam have worked tirelessly to make the practice what it is today. We now have a fabulous studio, the physiotherapy side is back up and running within the studio. There are various pilates sessions ruñning every week, most days and evenings. Give it a try you wont be disappointed.

I attend the Pilates classes mainly for my arthritic knee. Movement has definitely improved and so much better than taking painkillers!! I’ve also found benefits to my lower back. The whole team are caring, professional and extremely helpful.
