Rob has a wealth of knowledge and experience about how best post pregnant women should exercise safely and effectively to reach their goals. I have been going to Rob’s classes for years now whilst pregnant and after having both my kids and recommend him and his classes to everyone! I’ve tried most of the Mamafit classes, done the workshop, online classes and had Rob as a personal trainer.
The classes were well thought through, focusing on keeping you fit during pregnancy and helping get your body ready for birth. I made some great friends at the classes and loved the range of different ones available.
Since having my second child, I’ve had Rob as a personal trainer once a week for 9 months. I really wanted to get my body back after both my kids and knew Rob would understand how to do this in the safest way possible without me injuring myself – as well as understanding what having a busy family life was like!
I have never felt fitter or stronger and it is all thanks to Rob taking the time to help me set and achieve realistic goals. I have lost my baby weight, can fit back on to my favourite clothes and can actually do push up sets on my toes for the first time ever!
