I was going through a rough patch when I stumbled upon this place. I had gone with very less expectations. But I think destiny guided me to this place. Pankaj sir was amazing to say the least. I went as student and came back as a devotee. Best place for meditation. It has an aura which can only be experienced.

It's a nice place to be at art of living Katra centre Prayagraj. I am a regular visitor to this place since last four and half years and I have found the way it's teacher Mr.Pankaj Mishra takes his class teaches not only exercises but also Pranayam Dhyan satsang Sewa everything.. it is very nice... if you start coming to art of living Katra centre Prayagraj, I am sure that you will continue to come here.... if you want to live a happy life join art of living Katra centre Prayagraj... Best Meditation center of prayagraj . Teachers are so much familiar to everybody and this is the most important things of this katra center . Meditation made me (very much) happier and almost better in every aspect.
