SKANDA engaged in the practice and propagation of Yoga & Ayurveda, the ancient health care science of India. We provide 100hrs, 200hrs- Yoga Teacher Training course, classical ayurveda study & Spa therapy courses.
SKANDA AYUR-YOGA was founded 2013 and registered under government of India, BSS, Ministry of Health at Karnataka state. Our teachers are experts in Ayurveda & Yoga Practice.
Our courses combine art and science that brings vitality and positive energy into the body. Students will be guided through the courses and receive a certificate registrated by Yoga Alliance.

Keeping in mind the nutritional values and following the guidelines of ayurvedic science, we have prepared a wide spread of sattvik and rajasik food which satisfies not only the taste of tongue but also the soul and mind. Which prepared by South Indian style with a Brahmin cook.
