Smriti Yoga Goa

I finished my 200 hours YTTC at Smriti Yoga last year: It was amazing. Lovely people, great teachers, fantastic food and perfect atmosphere. We got a lot of personal attention and I learned a lot about Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation but also a lot about life in general. I am back in the Netherlands and teaching Yoga here, which I love. For sure I will come back to Smriti Yoga one day. Kisses xx

Smriti Yoga was and will always be the place of transformation for me. My journey in this huge organic farm with the seasoned teachers and students from different parts of the world was one of the most amazing experiences ever. I would really recommend Smriti Yoga for its space, food and great vibes to really transform and grow with the help of three beautiful teachers and also the hospitality of the lovely family at Transhikar spice farm.… Namaste

I only spent a couple of nights at Smriti Yoga and Tanshikar Spice Farm. Was privileged to be allowed to take part in a morning Yoga class with Claire and Chris... and how amazing was it! Calm, energetic, so well taught and in the end just left you feeling wonderful. The location of Smriti Yoga is wonderful, on a wonderful spice farm. Sid, Chris and Claire and the family at the farm is the nicest surrounding you could choose do Yoga in. Who knows! I might return for a month someday.

If you are looking for a yoga ttc that is not institutionalised then this is it. Having visited a few retreats I am in a place to say that this is the most original and organic place you can learn YOGA. It encompasses the art of the yoga and the philosophy behind it- Vedanta. The way you learn will become revolutionised. I love this place and still buzzing off the energy xx Feeling grateful

I was so happy to be a part of Smriti Yoga's inaugural course in 2015. I had an amazing time in the jungle and have since been able to share my practice by teaching yoga around the world. I hope to come back and visit someday!

the location, the people, the food and the teachings were absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend this place to a person who really wishes to transform themselves :)
