Shraddha is amazing. When I first met her a few years ago, I was taken aback by how she could make a seemingly simple pose so physically and mentally engaging. I used muscles that I never knew existed and as a result of which, my definition of what it meant to have a healthy body changed. At the same time, she knows exactly when to push and when to give her student space to experience and learn by themselves. Every class with her is like a lesson in not just yoga, but also wellbeing, happiness, and spirituality. I'm so grateful to have had her as the teacher who first introduced me to yog.

Shraddha is the true embodiment of yoga. Her teaching is loving, firm, and nuanced. She is a true master of the craft and I consider myself fortunate to have been taught by her. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you will immediately know what a gift and privilege it is too.

I recently met Shraddha at a yoga retreat, which she was leading in Himachal. What can I say about her that will do justice to her skills as a teacher? She is a rare find. Her commitment to her path and her utmost integrity in imparting her knowledge to her students is something to behold. I feel very fortunate that I got a chance to attend her yoga retreat. I am a rank novice and do not have a regular yoga practice. She patiently took me through a simpler routine so as to avoid injury by overdoing it suddenly. This is something that raises her head and shoulders above other teachers. This patience and individual attention as per a person's readiness and aptitude won my trust and admiration . I cannot recommend her enough. She is extremely knowledgable about her subject She approaches yoga as a sadhana or spiritual practice engaging the body, the mind and soul. This is the way our Ancient Masters intended it to be. Apart from her Yoga and teaching skills...she is a deeply centered and wise soul. Learning under her is an absolute pleasure
