Great massage and Sumesh is such a nice young man... moreover you can enjoy deep yoga courses too with Sumesh who is a very experimentated Satyananda teacher... so it is a wonderful place to go in Puducherry.

Excellent private yoga and pranayama session for 1 hour 15 minutes for us as a couple. Sumesh was clearly an expert in gauging our level and adapting his teaching to that. We both had an excellent experience and felt we’d had a good stretch and relaxation. I’d recommend it. You need to call ahead to book sessions. If we had more time, we would have also booked a massage.

I was doing yoga after a long time when a friend (French) of mine asked me (unplanned for me) to visit this place. Peaceful, Calm, breezy, healthy & refreshing session with variety of asanas. Instructor (Suneesh) was well versed and he could make us feel the true “Relaxed State” in us. Really amazing experience!

I had an ayurvedic massage at Rishi Aryaveda during my recent stay in Pondi The massage was one of the best I’ve had in India. It was a very authentic ayurvedic massage like those I’ve had in Kerala The location was central , the studio was clean and the I would recommend this to anyone

Such a great find on Google, and the reviews on trip advisor are true. Massage last night and yoga today. I emailed 6 months ago to book. I changed the times yesterday with no problems and it was amazing. My parents and myself are so happy with the service and experience. I went here 2day as really wanted to experience an ayurveda massage and i wasn"t disappointed .It was very relaxing i also had a reflexology which was also very good. This place has no airs and graces and doesnt have the ambience of a spa.Its very basic but the treatments were amazing.Sumesh was really nice and made me feel at ease.

we really satisfied 3 days ayurveda treatment.its a tiny place.reasonable price..owners of this clinic (gireesh and sumesh) they are well knowledge in yoga and ayurveda.we have small request .has to improove ambience.

Thanks to the magic man sumesh who did therapy for my knee and back pain problem. 21 days of therapy and few yoga postures has cured my problem. It is the best centre for massage and therapy in Pondicherry

I did a 3-week ayurveda & yoga treatment that I found to be very professional. Sumesh focused on my backproblem that arose from my knee accident, he explained well what and how to do. It was not only doing excercise it involved chantig to start and to end a session, like you expect a real yoga class to be (not like the crazy yoga „competition“ in Europe). Sumesh explained me why he is doing which type of yoga with me and not another type. Also the ayurveda treatment was relaxing and the Dr. also adressed my skeletton issues what other ayurveda Dr. did not. The staff is reliable and very helpful. If I go back to Pondi I would def. chose this place again.

The people who run this place are very friendly and accommodating. I dropped i with a friend without an appointment and they were able to fit us both. I’m also an Ayurvedic practitioner so I am very particular about the types of tailas (massage oils) that are used as well as sequencing in abhyanga (massage). I have to say I was very pleased with the quality of both at this small center. I highly recommend it. I will make a point of coming here in return trips to Pondicherry.
