Thank you Bodhi !! After completing the Teacher Training Program at Bodhi Yoga Institute, the habit of daily self-practice of yoga culminated in me automatically. I now feel a sense of energy, confidence, and joy in me which reflects on my face as genuine smile. I was in search for something more fulfilling in my life, now I realize that it was Yoga. I cannot thank enough to the supportive faculty members of Bodhi Yoga Institute that uncovered the real meaning of Yoga to me. Bodhi made me feel the real depth and vastness of Yoga through the combined practices of authentic asanas, pranayama, deep relaxation, and my favorite, the meditation. I am becoming a humble, joyful and energetic person with understanding about my purpose in life that continues to unfold on. My heartfelt gratitude to Bodhi Yoga Institute. Namaste!

Bodhi Yoga Institut gave me a new perspective on life For the last 45 days I attended the Yoga teacher training program. Everyone in the institute warmly welcomed me with open arms and made each day of the program memorable. Each single day, in class was a great blessing to me, it made my day, my 45 days. We didn’t only learn all about Yoga and how to spread it’s benefits but also how we could become our own better self. If you get the chance to train at Bodhi Yoga Institut you are fortunate!

I took the decision of joining Bodhi Yoga Institute after talking to Ashok sir and a lot of back hand research. I can proudly say that I am very lucky to b a part of this institute. I am really amazed by the passion and dedication of all the teachers here. Each day I look forward to attend the class and learn something new. Recently we did the detox session under the guidance of the dedicated teachers of Bodhi.it was an awesome experience and I highly recommend people to come and join the institute for the teacher training course. Thanks a lot Ashok ji for starting Bodhi YOGA at Kondapur.....Though I'm good in Kundalini Yoga n hold a Masters the Physical aspect of Yoga is missing.You brought that back in me after 9 long years Im feeling balanced physically n intellectually. The Yoga Sutras that are shared as simple conversations in between the class makes me to come back on those cloudy days....As they made lot of difference in my life ...I can experience n see that Trainers follow what you teach and have a motto to serve than being commercial....Purse sense of dedication n commitment for people around is very rare to find...I'm so glad that I choose Bodhi Yoga

Benefits of Yoga is difficult to pen down here. It is a self realization process. You have to join yoga path for the same. Our Prime Minister is the best example. @Bodhi Yoga Studio, you will find enthusiasm, passion, wisdom and experience in Yoga. In my last six months here in this studio, I improved my control over my body and mind. I was over-weight and lost around 8 to 10kgs of my weight. If you are fortunate and step into the studio, I am sure it will be very tough for you to discontinue. So I would request all Yoga enthusiast and others to visit the studio and just experience this wonderful place.

I used to be a very active person but in the past years the activity level had dropped down tremendously. I had been gaining weight, had hormone issues, felt irritated all the time. Its been 21 days now that i have been practicing yoga and I feel amazing. I never thought I would be able to make it this long. I had tried every possible form of exercise from gym to aerobics and zumba. Nothing could interest me enough. Practicing yoga is has been like a journey for me. It is beyond any form of exercise. I am not only feeling fit and energetic with every passing day but also peaceful and happier. Incase you feel you lack zeal, motivation and peace in your life Bodhi Yoga studio is the perfect place for you. These guys are selfless and just awesome.

The whole experience of teacher training was absolutely amazing! Many techniques like Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar Yoga and the use of props, Yog Nidra, many Meditation techniques, Mudras, Ayurveda, Hatha Yoga, Shatkriyas (Detox cleansing techniques), prenatal yoga, and stress relieving techniques were taught. I have personally experienced relieve in mental confusion and stress from many of the techniques I leant here. Anatomy and physiology sessions were amazingly presented and were like eye openers as we learnt many practical insights about human body and Yoga philosophy. This knowledge will be beneficial for me, my family and also for my future Yoga students. The journey was very exciting as personal attention was taken care to all students where they brought out the inner quality of me that were hidden before. Well trained, knowledgable and professional teachers who are wide knowledge of many types of Yoga styles and Yoga philosophy. Emphasize was given on how you can take Yoga as a professional career as a Yoga Teacher. Thanks to all teachers of the Institute. I have high regards for all the teachers of the team!!

Bodhi yoga so far has been the best studio I have been to. The main instructor, Ashok sir is very passionate about his work and attending just one of his classes will make you fall in love with yoga. By attending the yoga sessions at this studio, I feel a lot more peaceful in life and am able to sleep better. Not only has my body toned down a lot but I feel energized the whole day. What I love the best about this center is that not even a single day is a holiday for the students here. Infact, on Saturdays and Sundays, the classes are held for extra timings. I think I have never come across a yoga center which holds yoga classes “every single day of the year”. Recently, I underwent the process of intense detoxification at Bodhi Yoga Center. The process cleansed my body of all toxins and made me feel very energized. This detoxification process will not only help me in weight loss but is also a very good non-medicated way of clearing my skin of all pimples. Thank you Ashok Sir!!

Bodhi Yoga institute is providing an excellent opportunity to learn and practice Yoga in my Kondapur area.The gurus are dedicated, enthusiastic, energetic and non profit oriented. I am able to feel the difference in my health and in my approach of tough situations just in 10 days after I started going there. The meditation and the Art Of Living courses offered in this institute are pure spiritual and extremely useful in physical and psychological aspects. I am really thankful to the Almighty as I got an opportunity to be associated with the institute and the Gurus over here. Special thanks to myGuru Satyanarayana ji, who is almost akin to a real life Yogi.

Never thought i would take to Yoga so quickly. Being a dancer, i am used to exercise and basic stretching. Bodhi yoga has helped and is helping me grow as a holistic individual while learning yoga and Gachibowli studio is a great place for yoga... Yoga is definitely a lifestyle choice that each one should adopt! Thanks Bodhiyoga for making yoga a daily part of my routine. :)

Here goes my experience with yoga and Bodhi Yoga Studio. I had went for a demo class after that got full pains then i understood how reckless me about my health these days. Then i started going regularly to class,after few days i have seen change both mentally and physically. I have seen lot of change in my way of accepting things and way of thinking. The best part is the instructor he is not only teaches yoga but also art of living techniques this is what i like most about this studio.

Bodhi Yoga Studio is the place where you get authentic yoga. This is the place where people are not commercial. This is the place where you will feel relax. Bodhi yoga studio is very spacious and well ventilated studio.lucky r those who will enroll there for yoga. With in no time they will see the change. Amazing teacher, we won't feel that student teacher relation,he goes out of the way to help students.I practised yoga in his Srinagar colony studio for more than four years.
