He understood where my problem was & started giving me treatment through Ultrasound Massager & Electrical Muscle Stimulator. Sand bags were also used as weights for strengthening my hamstring. Dr. Shalini Singh (Mrs.) also helped me with a lot of Yoga excercises & stretching after regular physiotherapy. 1 hour of complete excercise & physiotherapy helped me recover 98% within 10 days of treatment. I would definitely recommend this institute because I got the results & I feel stronger & fit as ever. They are very dedicated & thorough professionals. They also have specialised Yoga therapy classes, thrice a week(12 sessions in a month). My heart filled wishes & gratitude to Dr. Nawal & Dr. Shalini for helping me overcome with this injury.

Its been a great experience. I've been facing knee issue since past few months due of acl injury and was on medication. The yoga helped me a lot and the pain alleviated with a matter of few days of practice.Being an air-hostess is an ambulatory job ,this yoga will prove to be good for my knee health in the future for sure.
