I had severe back problem, but after taking physio sessions I had immense relief. They take personal care of each and every patient. They taught me some yoga poses which is immensely helpful in curing my pain. I am really thankful to them.

I had a bad hamstring pull on my left leg while playing cricket. I applied ice pack, volini & tried other things, but nothing worked. One of my doctor friends suggested I go for physiotherapy. As I contacted through the number given here, Dr. Nawal Kishore Singh heard about my problem patiently & then advised me to come at his place. He understood where my problem was & started giving me treatment through Ultrasound Massager & Electrical Muscle Stimulator. Sand bags were also used as weights for strengthening my hamstring. Dr. Shalini Singh (Mrs.) also helped me with a lot of Yoga excercises & stretching after regular physiotherapy. 1 hour of complete excercise & physiotherapy helped me recover 98% within 10 days of treatment. I would definitely recommend this institute because I got the results & I feel stronger & fit as ever. They are very dedicated & thorough professionals. They also have specialised Yoga therapy classes, thrice a week(12 sessions in a month). My heart filled wishes & gratitude to Dr. Nawal & Dr. Shalini for helping me overcome with this injury.

I have had some serious nerve issues which immediately needed an operation. I was already suffering from lower back pain n arthritis. But I was suggested to keep operation as a last option. Thats when i met Naval Kishore sir. He helped me with a series of asanas and electro-magnetic treatment. After almost two years now I am fit, agile, and carrying out my daily chores easily. I would like to share my personal experience of the sessions which I attended due to acute back pain, which I started experiencing since a couple of months. They started off by getting my body acquainted to different exercises which would suit me, and going ahead would be able to fix my pain. I was also fascinated to see how they would inculcate the discipline of yoga into modern exercises and methods to heal the back pain. The main focus was also the team who constantly worked with me through out the sessions and would motivate me in getting the correct postures of the different exercises. This physiotherapy is very good, I am doing it constantly, I have benefited a lot, there is one thing that many physiotherapists use only machine but Shiva physiotherapy uses both machine and exercise which will benefit very soon. Thank you very much Shiva Physiotherapy and Yoga Center.

Its been a great experience. I've been facing knee issue since past few months due of acl injury and was on medication. The yoga helped me a lot and the pain alleviated with a matter of few days of practice.Being an air-hostess is an ambulatory job ,this yoga will prove to be good for my knee health in the future for sure.
