I’ve recently finished my 200 hr yoga teaching course. And I’m really glad I did my course at the Shiva Yoga. Wonderful Place, very knowledgeable and patient teachers to learn with the history of yoga with well structured asana, pranayama, meditation and anatomy classes. Management team is great as well. Missing Sadhak Anshit Sir Asanas classes a lot! I’d highly recommend the school to anyone who s interested in yoga teaching courses.

Had a great first Yoga Classes experience. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but really enjoyed the session. Sadhak Anshit Ji was kind and attentive and spent more time with me with what I wanted to work on. Will definitely go back and would recommend. If I had the time, I’d love to go for the intensive yoga course as well. Thank you.

I am very grateful for this amazing experience at Shiva Yoga . I understand now that yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a complete lifestyle. I really enjoy the fact that Shiva Yoga is a school for everyone. I learned the entire Ashtanga Yoga primary series in three months. It was really difficult, but the dedication and patience (as well as a push when necessary) the Yoga Guru Sadhak Anshit ji is Superb. I especially liked the philosophy and anatomy courses. Sadhak Anshit ji had volumes of knowledge and I learned a lot.

I had the most wonderful experience at Sadhak Anshit Yoga Classes. The teachers are all excellent and do an amazing job. Sadhak Anshit Sir who took the Asana and Alignment classes taught each of us a lot and worked patiently with each one regardless of our level.
