The online yoga classes by mystic yoga is a fantastic experience. The teachers are immensely learned . The teachers provide brilliant yoga practices every day. Each day there are 4 classes so one can choose any time slot that suit one best on a day. Also every week there is teaching available on Meditation at no extra cost. I would recommend all to join Mystic yoga classes to remain healthy and wise.

The foremost thing about this place is that it has an honest feeling about it. The teachers there are not the usual commercial people out to make money, but to make a difference in our lives. They impart their knowledge about yoga, nutrition and happiness with utmost sincerity and in no time one starts feeling like the whole studio is a part of one's own family . I have been practising yoga here for the past 5 years and have been relieved of a lot of issues like anxiety, indigestion and also gained a lot of self confidence after their sessions

Mystic Yoga is an amazing enterprise that teaches yoga and also holds weekly talks to integrate the practice of yoga with a far deeper spiritual practice. It teaches how meditation and exercise won't work for us...how we have to work for yoga and and meditation by practicing daily and immersing in Buddha consciousness, the path of understanding, compassion and wisdom. Sudhir, Chirasree and Abhishekh are doing everything they can for the city of Calcutta, for humanity, for dogs, cats and other sentient beings, over many years but particularly during a time of worldwide unrest and anxiety. You don't have to be from a particular religion to take part in the mystic yoga enterprise. It shows a spiritual, calm way of being through yoga and meditation. When I joined them a few years back I didn't know it was going to be for life and positivity was going to be for life as well.

Mystic Yoga is probably one of the best yoga studios in the country. I have been practicing yoga here for close to five years. The classes are very well structured and organized, and each class leaves you feeling energized and positive. The practice here really helps you push your physical and mental limits. I have been doing yoga here for six years now and I am much stronger with loads more stamina and better eating as a result of regular practice. I had never exercised in my life before joining Mystic and now I cannot think of life without yoga. The best thing about Mystic Yoga is that they encourage you to push your own limits and don’t treat you with kid gloves like some other yoga teachers. You go through a mix of relatively easy, more difficult and then the challenging poses. But if you work hard enough, what looks impossible today may well be doable in good time. And it’s going to make a big difference to how you feel. That’s been my experience.

I joined mystic yoga a week ago. The ambience, the teachers, the staff and all the participants are so amazingly connected together. Having done five classes till now I am experiencing a huge enhancement in my energy levels and I am looking forward to more enrichment as time progresses. Very glad to be a part of MY!

My journey with Mystic Yoga is more than three years. For the first time when I visited this place ,I didn't think that it would become part of my life.Thinking with very common idea,I visited that place that I should do something for my healthy being. After starting my journey, I started to understand that I really found a treasure for myself .Yoga is not only a few movements to keep ourselves fit ,it is more than that-it is a philosophy, it is a connection between body and mind,it is a journey of oneself.All these I have realised after joining Mystic Yoga with the help of my mentors . The real essence of the Mystic Yoga is its mentors.They are amazing people I have ever met.All of them are there for you to help you in your journey .Not only yoga ,they are offering you to become aware of meditation from the very basic stage to advance . Those who seek spiritual path ,it is an ideal place to learn spritualism alongwith Yoga. The mentors of Mystic Yoga are always there to guide you in right directions of life with their vast and deep knowledge which leads you to live your life in a more better manner and in balanced way.
