Cgh Earth Wellington island was a great place, I spend three days there. Post Kerela floods I could feel more hospitality being showered on us, not sure if it was the natural way of life there. The orchestra played amazing music at the dinning lounge, the cook made the most tasteful drinks and deserts. I was entrilled by the hospitality, only the discount was not offered as a hotel resident to us which was disappointing. The in room menu was an additional delight, the nutty and crancky packs of goods and chocolates added to my memories specific to the hotel. The rock salt spa pool was special, it didn't tan my skin instead rejuvinated it to feel more complete and relaxed. The great banayan tree sheltered photoshopshoot with my daughter , the naval officers surrounded the area primarily, as it's a base location reminding me of the yachet trip in the blue ocean. The hotel had there own trip advisor to plan the days out who did amazing jobs even going to the extend of arranging bykes for us. In all I loved my stay and enjoyed the hospitality at cgh Earth casino resort, spreading across happiness and sheer joy and Earth friendly service that I could see in the decorations. Thanks for making the birthday stay special.

Please don’t stay at this hotel. My diamond eternity ring and my diamond engagement ring was stolen from my locked room. I accidentally left it in the room for 3 hours whilst putting on face cream and once I returned the rings weren’t there. The hotel would not take responsibility for this. After a police enquiry and room search etc we needed to speak to the owner Michael Dominic who basically told me that “the hotel would not take any responsibility and that I should have left it in the safe” not only have I lost one of the most precious valuables but now the manager is being evasive and not responding to our messages. We still haven’t had a crime report or a managers report! I have never been treated so badly by a hotel before. I would really advise you not to stay at the hotel. Plus the Coffee machine had been broken for our entire stay and not fixed and the toaster wasn’t working properly so it kept burning the toast at breakfast!

I had the pleasure to stay at different CGH hotels, at different locations at Kerala (God’s Own Country, at the incredible India My piece of cake is by all means Marari Beach, I just cannot wait to go back!

We stayed in Marari beach resort....for like one day and it was an amazing place to stay....food was amazing... it’s a plastic free and non alcoholic resort...beach is so clean....ambiance is too good.... lots of greenery... fresh oxygen....!! Nice big coconut trees....!!!

Staying at Coconut Lagoon with my group of 12. Absolutely perfect. Delightful staff, great food, knowledgeable tour guides around the beautiful sustainable property. We also stayed at the spectacular Spice Village and the Cochin Casino Hotel (rooms could use upgrade but otherwise very nice) CGH properties. Based on the good/great reviews I read about Coconut Lagoon in Pollachi, , I booked a hotel room , directly from hotel website, for Jan 25, 2018 for one night from my home in NJ on Dec 5,2017 and paid 50% deposit by Visa card. I received payment confirmation without dates, so I sent an e mail asking for a confirmation. To my shock, I received a response that my hotel was booked for Dec 5!!. I called number of times, keeping awake past 1 am EST to assure I can reach some one and resolve the issue. After talking with Mr. Vishnu yesterday, he asked to call back in 30 minutes. I called at least 6 times since than and no body will answer the phone, so I wrote an e mail and after 22 hrs I still have received no response. I would expect a well reputed hotel like Coconut Lagoon/CGH Earth would respond promptly, resolve the issue and confirm my 50% payment towards reservation for Jan 25 2018. Depending on how quick the issue is resolved, and after my stay at hotel, I would review my rating and update it as appropriate. Suresh Modi.

Stayed at the Marari beach resort and absolutely loved the hospitality . Have also visited their other properties in Kochi and would highly recommend them especially Brunton Boatyard.

I have stayed several times at Casino Hotel. Rooms are spacious, food excellent, large swimming pool good to put in lengths, service good. Looking forward to staying at the other hotels which look very nice with their beautiful surroundings.

The bar needs urgent renovation. Air-conditioning was not working properly and instead of the chilled beer I ordered I got one that was warm.

Haven't experienced a stay but have sent many clients till date and all the clients were very much happy and satisfied with the stay at different properties. The most minute things are noted and provided to the Clients and all the services are taken care off very Well.
