Awesome experience , I joined last month online therapeutic yoga ,I have many changes in my body . I lose my weight . Mam teaches us daily basis excises are well n good .

My experience is interesting overall.I would that I have experienced many positive changes in my life with the use of Yoga.I appreciate all your knowledge, efforts and energy to make this a complete and well rounded training. Richa ma'am has made her classes interesting and engaging for students. Very prompt in her support and deeply encouraging for her students. Thank you Richa ma'am for teaching from your heart.

Poor service....online classes are not effective...class duration is reduced from 1 HR to 40 Min class.... arbitrary rules are imposed. Fees for the package is taken 15 days before due date...

The NYMC is an amazing place if you’re looking for a disciplined way to include Yoga in your routine.My mother in law Mrs.Sarita Jain, joined the yoga classes during pandemic and the yoga sessions via video conferencing proved to be a blessing. Richa ma’am pays personal attention on the techniques as well as diet.My Mother in Law’s health has improved, oxygen levels have got better and overall fitness has increased, her age is 60 years and she lost 4 kgs. in 45 days. The online classes are as effective as the offline ones.Do Join the classes if you want a positive and healthy lifestyle. I am sure you’ll get the results.

An excellent place for learning yoga and meditation. The spiritual talks by mam are very enlightening. The environment of the class is very warm and friendly. It is an apt place for losing weight the right way.I could see the results in first week. Everything about the class from the yoga and aerobic session to the dhyan session is awesome and that too in a pocket friendly cost. I would surely recommend this place for a very pleasant experience for your mind and body!
