I m a 67 old year person n doing yoga about to 40 years . Humara weight kafi increase ho gaya tha. Hume asthama bhi tha. Hum gym join karne ki soch rahe the. Humare uncle me gym chod ke Yoga karne ko kaha. Hume lagta tha ki Yoga dhyan ke liye hota hai par ye to kamaal ki cheez hai. Weight to kam huva hi, baki problems bhi theek ho gayi. Thanks to uncle for giving me right direction and thanks to Yogarth for teaching Yoga.
