Aryamarga Yoga Institute

Took classes for a month and felt a significant change in the body as well as mind, like detox and uncluttered mind would feel :-) Maria and other teachers pay personal attention to postures, meditation and pranaayama .... a must try for all yoga lovers visiting Bir.

Aryamarga Yoga Institute with its great teachers was one of the main reasons that made it so difficult for me to say goodbye to Bir. Akshat and Cookie are excellent teachers that have it all to guide you through the journey of experiencing new boundaries of your body - no matter what your level of experience is. Together with the location, it makes for a great yoga retreat!

I am volunteering near Bir so I have been fortunate enough to regularly attend Aryamarga Yoga Institute for the past few weeks. Cookie is an exceptional teacher, with a huge amount of knowledge about the Asanas, correction, and meditation. She has an immense amount of experience that she warmly delivers. Her passion for yoga permeates her lessons and is further illustrated by the attention to detail and the thorough way in which she teaches - a truly wonderful experience. I feel so lucky to have just had three private sessions with the gorgeous Cookie, while I am here in Bir. As a yoga teacher, enthusiast, living breathing Yogi, I recommend practicing here as it is a beautiful space, with kind compassionate and highly experienced teachers who obviously also love and live yoga 😀 I was so fortunate to have so much hands on attention and amazing adjustments which were always spot on for my level and body. I planned to stay only 2 days here but love the town and love the yoga so it's been five- i am looking forward to returning next month 🙏🏽
