Moksa, is one of the best fitness training institute out there. I have been trained by the trainers and the coach as well. They are the best. They train you with a lot of patience and correcting postures whenever required. Their challenge classes with yummy diets are dope 💪.
I suffer from patello femoral arthritis with severe knee pain. Doctors suggested to reduce weight Had tried with various diet and workouts, but nothing worked out. My knee pain was worsening. That's when I reached out to Moksa. They advised for basic training and post 2 month of basic, I joined challenges. It was a fun journey.
They address each ailments. They have different modification of exercises for those with neck pain, knee pain, beginners, advanced etc. This makes you feel better and not let out in the batch. They bring in variations in exercise to make sure that workout are never boring.
Probably Suregshi is the only coach who voices out not to rely on the weight machine to know the results of the workout. She advises to eat clean and stay clean. Happy to be a part of the transformation. Special thanks to Ramya mam. If it wasn't for her basic training, I wouldn't have had confidence to take part in challenges.
