I really enjoyed the training, all the masters are very helpful , shared us various approaches of teaching experience and skill , encourage us a lots. Thank you Ekant Team for this wonderful learning experience.

Ekant Yoga teachers are very experienced, They talked through each pose and helped me make adjustments as I told them I had a lower back condition, I was hoping to improve. It felt like a private tuition even though I was with 4 others. Teachers really takes care of each and every student in their class and makes the class flow perfectly.

Best yoga place to do yoga retreats and teacher training. They have very good teaching quality, all teachers are experienced, Beautiful atmosphere, vegetarian and vegan food available, very friendly staff. So I highly recommend Ekant yoga.??

Great community, lovely people that feel like family now. Did enjoyed a lot the volunteering with them, stayed for 2 weeks and planning to come back next year . Also great schedule, lots of diferent breathwork, yoga, meditations, circles & workshops. Best place to start getting into this meditation/yoga world but also really good to go deeper into it. I chose Ekant Yoga after meeting 2 different graduates in 2 different places in Mumbai who both highly recommended it. I came to meet Vinod at Ekant Yoga and instantly knew this was the right place for me. The surrounding area is peaceful with many trees. The Accommodation: Ashram offers single or shared very spacious clean bungalows which have hot water and very comfy beds and linen. Each bungalow has it's own balcony. The Teacher Training: Leaving the best to last, the teachers are amazing, so knowledgeable and caring. You really do feel part of a family when you study here. The teachings are not simply Asana (physical practice) you will learn and be given the tools to truly lead a yogic lifestyle. My personal favourites were the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The teaching is delivered in such a way that you fully understand how to apply this to modern day life. I would HIGHLY recommend Ekant Yoga to anyone who wants to learn or delve deeper into their practice. Your life will truly be transformed.
