MYT Yoga-Goa

It’s a very good experience with MYT team. I have taken online 200 hour teacher training course. Teachers are very good. I learned so much from everyone. I’m looking forward to do 300 hour in house training course at your centre. Thank you everyone. Anatomy classes by Siddo was very good and her way of teaching and motivating is very good.

Had a great experience. Such vibrant young teachers with so much knowledge.. I went through online course and waiting for the school to open. Had such lovely experience which is making me excited to come to school and have live session.

I completed 200 hours-Online course last week. The structure of the course is exemplary with focus on correct alignment, anatomy for yoga, and yoga philosophy. I enjoyed each session finding deeper connection with yogic techniques and philosophy behind it. Credit goes to all teachers who facilitated this journey beautifully helping me to explore and revel nuances of Yoga. :)

It was an amazing experience I am very grateful for and I will keep practicing with the school for more years to come. Thank you for your positive energy - even feeling the good vibes online :)

Loved every moment I spent here. I attended the 5-day yoga retreat course and had an amazing experience. It’s a must visit place and I’m waiting to get back.

Loved the experience, never thought I’d be able to do it but the environment makes it sooo easy and comfortable- I joined 200hr course , loved everything about the institution the food , accommodation , instructors. It’s a must try thing ! Thank you guys ! Can’t wait to visit again .

I'm very happy that I have taken 200hr Teacher Training Course at MYT Yoga School. I took another TTC before but I didn't get any confidence to start teaching. At MYT TTC, daily practice and anatomy class helped me to understand the alignment of postures clearly which gained my confidence to teach and adjust. Through yoga philosophy and meditation class I started seeing myself and this life from different aspect. I became to be aware how much unnecessary emotions I have been carrying and learnt how to release them through yoga and meditation in a theraputic manner. The plant based diet also helped me to condition my body and mind comfortable so that I could focus on my practice and study. I lost some weight (which I wanted) but I felt peace and strength. Thank you for all the teachers who gave us big support for this life transforming experience. I want to come back sometime for “Work Exchange Program” to do some Karma Yoga!
