I was traveling from Srirangapatna to Bird Sanctuary and came across this beautiful resort on the banks of river Kaveri. I stopped for lunch (not for stay). They offer restaurant and river side dining. Has nice spacious parking space and lots of greenery. Ambience and food was awesome. A must visit for travellers passing by for food.

Nice place to have a team outing But the place can be improved as the location of the resort very good Connectivity wise it is just 1.5 Km away from Srirangapattana train station which is easily accessible fro bangalore. I would recommend it highly for office team outing.

It's an excellent weekend getaway from Bangalore. It's a great option for families, kids and adventure enthusiast. Location is awesome. It's just 200 meters from the highway but will give you the feel of country side. You can see river from your room. Can even go fishing. Food and service was good. Staff was courteous and professional. Though the property is bit old but they are renovating it. It also has swings for children, ducks, emu amongst other birds. Highly recommended weekend getaway.

Wanted a break along with my family and stayed in an Executive Duplex (Pls remember to ask for this when U book) which costed us 2500/- for a day. Small but very neatly maintained room. Great service and ambience that we generously tipped the ppl there. There is a river behind which can cross and play for hours and the kids loved it. Not many venture to the river but I think playing in the river with total privacy is the best thing about this resort. Sminning pool left us tanned and I felt we could have rather spent the time by the river. Food is good too. I would recommend this place.

I spent couple of days in this resort..though I opt to stay here in week-days rather than week-end to get rid from the noise and crowd....This is really a best place for couple if someone wants to spent some quality time from their busy metro life...launch and dinner were very good..you will get both veg & non-veg(Chinese ,continental etc..but breakfast is limited in week-days..you can expect some sandwich and bread items..you can enjoy the food near the river and bamboo tree.. if you are looking for activities ....we don't have much thing to do..except TT ,shuttle & carom..look and feel of pool area is very good..the staffs are friendly....and one good thing is like you can roam around Sai baba temple( just resided opposite to this resort)..Srirangapatana temple (tippu's place) and also in the evening u can spent time in Brindaban garden (10 to 13 km) I would like to suggest the executive suit ...I personally liked that...:)

I had been with my friends in April 2009. One of the best resort experience I have had. We were of Group of 8 Couples and Friends. A had a rocking team. Most of us ended up extending the stay by a day. Location: Best. The hotel overlooks a river Staff: Very courteous. and the hotel guys had arranged a bonfire for us near the river. We also had ordered are dinner there. Where apart from Food they had provided us Ice bucket. Table and chair was kept. Facilities: We were allowed to be in the pool till late, I guess 10:00pm There were swings near the pool. It is fun to watch your partner on the swing, when you are in the pool. There were some birds, rabbit, turtle moving around the vast hotel, fun for children. Rooms: We had 2 doors. A back door with the river view... Early morning view in awesome. This hotel gave me some of my best memories in my life.

Much better than previous reviews describe, the setting is heaven---on the banks of a pleasant river, teaming with ducks, swans, emus, fish tanks, and providing several pleasant walking paths. The staff was excellent! Always available and ready to please. The food was also very good. They arranged a tuk-tuk to tour us around Srirangapatnam and to the Brindavan Gardens, both of which were excellent tourist stops. The city is full of fascinating historical sites. They then arranged a car and driver to take us on to Bangalore. I cannot praise this place enough. Oh, yes, they even have a very nice swimming pool, and our room had a nice balcony with river view.

I was travelling with my family and we wnated a elaxed weekend. The time my family spent at the resort is something we will cherish throughout our lives. The resort is quiet, with a huge natural foliage, a great Kaveri river to look at from your bed, lots of geese and roosters, even an emu, great place to visit with the kids. We found the swimming pool clean and always maintained, the room service was fantastic and the food mouth watering. Beleive me I was travelling with my brother who is now settled in the States and is very particular about the quality of food, and he has given a BIG thumbs up to this resort in terms of food, cleanliness, service. You can visit the nearby Ranganatittu Bird sanctuary, and Mysore, which are all very closeby from here. Please do an advance booking from the website in order to avoid any inconveniences.
