Personally i think Mohan Sir's teaching style and way of learning ..like each and every posture and obviously ..their proper alignment, benefits and how to instruct anyone ...all are really awesome. I am very grateful to him..as one of the best teacher in my life( journey of yoga..)..Thanks a lot sir ..
