I had a two weeks healing stay in Kairali. Beautiful place with very warm staff. Receptionists, Gardners, canteen staff, yoga masters, the masseuse and the doctors everyone shared the common trait of being super warm and friendly. Exceptional service and more importantly a very healing stay. I would definitely return!

Kairali took my breath away as soon as i entered their premises its greenary and nature captures you and you never want to leave The humbleness and hospitality of the overall staff and the management are super super amazing people i have ever met. I stayed here for 7 days and took detox package. My experience from start to end was perfect and met all my expectations. Check in was smooth, immediately I had Doctor consultation, Dr Deepu understood my needs and prescribed treatments for 7days. I stayed on Maharaja Suite, which is very spacious with separate hall, room was very comfortable. I was hoping to stay for 21 days of healing. I had read so many wonderful reviews and they have deservedly received so many awards. Unfortunately, I was unable to stay after being there for a short while because I was experiencing panic attacks, dehydration (because I never said I wasn't drinking the water I was supposed to) and dizziness. The Dr was so concerned, she insisted and accompanied - held my hand - was so kind and lovely - to the hospital to do an EKG and make sure I was OK. She diagnosed my panic attacks and wanted me to stay to receive the benefits of the treatment. She and the wonderful male Dr. even offered to have my daughter come to stay with me. A good place in palakkad to visit. I am not much into this ayurvedic treatment and all but my cousin was very interested. So my cousin went through it and felt very relaxed. I was in Kairali just for 3 days for the preventive and regenerative package. However, even in the short time there, I had a wonderful experience. The setting of the centre is in the lap of nature with flowering trees and chirping birds so is very soothing. My room was spacious and had a modern, renovated bathroom with all the amenities. The staff were professional and very, very hospitable - ready to be of service any time of the day. Since I wasn't on a detox programme, the food that I got was light but very delicious and was not as restricted as the others. We had a wonderful time at Kairali. The people were very friendly and helpful. The treatment very professional and was all explained in detail - thank you Dr. Deepu and all your treatment staff. Rooms/bungalows very comfortable with all amenities. My compliments to the chef for inventive and delicious repasts and the kitchen and restaurant staff for great service. Although some of the treatments were quite stringent, the effects were excellent.We shall certainly go again as it was superb value for money.

I hosted a yoga retreat here and couldn't recommend it more highly. The grounds and rooms are gorgeous, the staff are so kind and helpful and the food was delicious. Morning yoga in nature was heavenly, treatments were lush and the whole experience was transformative. The whole group lost weight and left looking younger and more vibrant. Looking forward to next year already!

Went to Kairali after Diwali, It was a much needed vacation, I've been planning for a long time. Going from Delhi's gas chamber to this almost pollution free zone was a complete bliss. The staff was amazing and helpful. Special thanks to Dr. Chitra, she understood my issues, and recommended me the best treatment possible. The scenic beauty this place is, cannot be described in words, yoga sessions in Morning and Meditation sessions in the evening are really amazing. Went to Kairali for 14 days for an Ayurvedic Cleanse ( Panchakarma). I was in awe of the natural beauty that surrounds this resort. Set in a rural area, and yet close enough to an international airport-it is very serene. The service in every department of the resort including the treatment therapists, kitchen and dining staff, ayurvedic physicians ( Dr Deepu), the reception, manager, HR department, the reservation team, the yoga teachers and every member of the 100+ staff was always welcoming, ready to help and warm. Solo rejuvenation and detoxification retreat at a legacy ayurvedic resort...the last sentence is half of my bucket list checked in one go!
