I started my yoga teacher's journey with Pratish YOGA training school. Almost everyone know yoga or did asanas sometime in their lifetime. But here I learnt how body elements are attached with each and every strech we do. How it affects our body and how it can be more beneficial when we do it with awareness.

Really have no words to explain the experience of Teacher's training course with Pratish Sir. I could learn everything scientifically, deeply and could experience Asanas and Pranayama in their original form. It was a great experience. I got to know about this through a friend who has taken teachers training course and initially, I did it for her. Also, i wanted to bring about change in life so I had the “why not” attitude. But the 5 days of Pranayam training brought me positivity and unexpected calm.
