Namaste is derived from Sanskrit language and is a combination of the words Namas and te. Namas means being open to the person being greeted, bowing, or adoration. The second person ‘Dative’ pronounce in the enclitic form ‘te’. Namaste related terms can be found in the Hindu Scripture Rigveda. Namaste is used as a respectful form of acknowledging, greeting, and welcoming a guest, relative, and stranger.
In the Vedic literature, Rishikesh is the land of sacred people who devoted their life to Yoga and called the land of spirituality and meditation. This city is renowned as the center of studying Yoga and Meditation. It’s a traffic-free, Alcohol-free, and vegetarian enclave upstream from Rishikesh town.

Along with that, the students will get comfortable rooms that are large in size, providing enough space so that students can practice yoga and meditate with ease. Moreover, rooms are offered for double or triple sharing, with the option of a private room at an extra cost. Each room is furnished with necessary facilities like hot water, toiletries, beddings, a fan, adequate lighting, a wardrobe, a kettle, drinking water, and internet access. Some rooms may offer extra amenities.
Our staff regularly ensure that the students get only a clean and safe environment, maintaining hygiene in our yoga school in Rishikesh, India. The soothing surroundings of the place where Namaste Yoga India is situated will give students an adventurous experience. It will also help practitioners to deepen their knowledge without thinking of anything else, as our yoga school will provide everything that must be for them.
As we all know, practicals and theory are essential for gaining a deep understanding of yoga teacher training. Likewise, Nutrition-rich food and a place where students feel the essence of yoga in the environment are also important. Moreover, our yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh includes everything from a three times meal to comfortable beds without any additional fee.
We provide three meals daily: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. The food is pure and made according to Ayurvedic principles. If any student has any health problem or food sensitivities, we can adjust their meals, as soon as they let us know when booking. Each meal offers nutrient-rich foods like fresh salads, sprouts, and sprouted greens. We add chia, flax, and other seeds for protein and Omega-3s, and include inflammation-reducing herbs like turmeric and ginger to aid healing during this yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh, India.
