Intuitive Flow Studio

Beautiful, airy and low key yoga studio full of calm and in the middle of nature. All the teachers and experienced and full of good vibes and authenticity 💗 Highly recommended!

I returned to Intuitive Flow this summer for more peace and inspiration. This placed has it all, stunning views, ambiance and most importantly-people. The teachers come from different parts of the world and so students are exposed to a variety of teaching styles. I was truly inspired by Devi, a Balinese yogi and healer who taught her class with calm professionalism and subtle intuition. It was a well thought-out combination of meditation followed by powerful asanas. During class Devi offered gentle and kind adjustments of postures and made sure everyone was comfortable. She also introduced the concept of Eka Dasi Pranayama, which I found extremely powerful and soothing.I am very grateful for having a class with a Balinese teacher:) Thank you Devi and Intuitive Flow:))) You are the best:)))

After doing a bit of online research I chose Intuitive Flow. My first class was with Chiara and it was one of the absolute best classes I’ve ever taken. She’s what I would call a master teacher; knowledgable, caring, joyful and full of positive energy. I’ve done yoga (many different types) and studied meditation. Her class was excellent and I left feeling so peaceful.

Intuitive Flow was an amazing and intimate space to practice yoga while enjoying tree top views of the tropical jungle. I especially enjoyed the restorative class with Chiara as she guided us with such love and grace. Highly recommend this studio for your practice while in Bali.

A beautiful yoga shala with a nice view of the Campuhan Ridge and valley. Class sizes are much smaller than the more popular studios in the heart of Ubud, so it's great if you like an intimate setting. It's just a little out of the main Ubud area but you can treat the 20-30 min slow walk as a form of morning exercise. Getting to the studio is a little pleasing adventure. Climb up the stairs to Penestanan and make a right at the top. Walk along narrow, quaint alleyways and you'll find it. Further along is a little, cool cafe called Yellow Flower. Try it! It's a hidden gem!
