It was a most memorable experienced we had when we checked in to Kamandalu Resort in Ubud. We had a beautiful pool villa which has left a good memory within us. We were so pleased by all the staff members of the resort. The ambience around the resort was very pleasing. It is undoubtedly, that we would like to come here and stay again in the future. I would strongly recommend to all the people who are visiting Bali and if they would like to explore the beauty of the nature then Kamandalu Resort and Spa is a place to stay. My first impression arriving at the hotel was of charming hospitality, infused with a romantic Balinese decor. The dramatic setting on a ravine, crossed by a wooden bridge and surrounded by mini rice paddies and overhanging palm trees, created an atmosphere of utter serenity and beauty. At night the frogs croaked and the stars twinkled. The service was attentive and courteous . I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and I would return to this magnificent place in a heartbeat.

Very friendly staff and a service of a quality you won't find that fast again. The 2BR villa is very spacious and equipped with comfortable beds. Can also recommend the Spa threatments as well as Joga and Cooking classes.

Appalling service! Ordered a light lunch & 45 minutes later still waiting, asked waiter where our order was as other tables arriving after us were served their meals before us. Waiter appeared flustered, doubt our order ever made it to the kitchen.

My girlfriend and I have booked this hotel for a long time ago. The social media content is beautiful. But the realty is not. We have book a private luxury villa with private pool. The villa is very old and where is not any sun in or on the area of the private pool. The staff told us the hotels pool have sun but if you pay for your own villa and private pool you want to use what and not the hotel pool. It’s not possible to have dinner in the villa as promised to. I will not recommend this hotel.

We travel a great deal and we will definitely be returning to Kamandalu again and we will bring the rest of our family next time.

We have just had Christmas there , and was lucky enough to have a week of pure chill out . Staff and butlers were outstanding and friendly! Nothing was too much trouble , even when we were to have an "in villa BBQ " and it rained they changed it so we could have it by the lake . This was out second time there and already planning our 3rd . Happy new year to all the staff and see you again xx��

J'ai pris le dîner romantique de Alun-Alun pour fêter nos 30 ans de mariage et c'était magique! Au delà de tout ce que je pouvais imaginer. Mon mari,ne sachant pas du tout ce que j'avais réservé, se demandait ce que ce dîner allait avoir de si spécial et je vous assure que ce fut une très belle surprise pour tous les deux! L'hôtel a mis à notre disposition un serveur qui se prénomme KD, super sympa, très serviable et discret. L'hôtel nous a réservés deux autres belles surprises en début de soirée ainsi que durant le dîner mais que je ne dévoilerai pas ici pour garder l'esprit de la soirée intacte. Si vous êtes sur Bali et que vous souhaitez passer une belle soirée en amoureux, je vous recommande vivement celui-ci et je vous assure que vous repartirez HEU.REUX!😍
