Villa Flow is closely engaged with the local Balinese community and environment. Our team consists of fifteen carefully selected and well-trained staff, all recruited from the villages that neighbour the retreat. In addition, we work in close cooperation with local suppliers of various services and products to support the local community and keep jobs within the area.
