Dear Åsa, I'm so happy you finally have a page! ?? This woman is an incredibly skilled, caring and patient teacher, one of the best you will ever get to work with. Åsa teaches small classes so everyone gets attention, guidance and feedback. She will always remember the specific thing about every single student and will suggest how to adjust the movement so you can get the best out of the workout. The studio is secluded, soothing and cool, perfect for the hot days of Bali. Book a class and you wont be disappointed??

Asa’s classes are so amazing, she takes so much care with all her students and you can feel the results so quickly. The studio is blissful and the perfect space to practise. I can’t wait to do your on line classes, then I can have you in my house here in Australia! ??

Asa helped me worked around a hernia injury this year. She has a wealth of knowledge and able to adapt her classes to the needs of her clients. I felt in very safe hands and Asa has a professional but warm demeanour. I look forward to returning to Ubud Pilates next year!

If you're looking for an incredible Pilates instructor and a zen and beautiful studio, look no further than Ubud Pilates. I've taken Pilates classes in New York, Toronto and Dubai, but Åsa and Ubud Pilates take my #1. Åsa is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable; not only in the art of Pilates itself, but also about the human anatomy, optimal movement/posture for your body, and how to keep your joints/muscles safe and comfortable. If you have any injuries or concerns, she provides you with the appropriate amendments, direction and props to keep you safe. She gives individualized attention to correct posture throughout the classes and is happy to answer additional questions before/after class. Her classes are always fun and her demeanor is always upbeat and friendly. I took about 15 classes with her (wish I had more time in Ubud!).
