Class yoga at De Mantra will be taught by Guru Made Sumantra. He is a yoga teacher from Bali who has traveled the world introducing yoga with a Balinese tradition that he developed himself. He is the founder of the Markandeya Yoga Indonesia School who graduated many yoga and healer teachers with the legal certificate of the Indonesian government. He is also the founder of Markandeya Yoga International School, The Association of Indonesian Yoga Instructor (PIYI), Perkumpulan Penekun Yoga Budaya Nusantara, IYA ( Indonesian Yoga Alliance ). The yoga class can be attended by anyone, because it is packaged for health therapy and peace of mind. MARKANDEYA WANAPRASTHA YOGA This yoga is specifically for the elderly who tend to prioritize tranquility in life. With pranayama, asanas and meditation developed at Markandeya Yoga Indonesia, participants are expected to be able to train their body and mind, so they can live a balanced life. 8. BALINESE PRANAYAMA Balinese Pranayama is a breathing technique developed at Markandeya Yoga as an effort to self-healing and prevention of various types of physical and non-physical diseases.
