I started doing yoga at Suryael recently and it was a very pleasant discovery. In addition to being passionate about this beautiful discipline, I was struck by this large centre, particularly welcoming, with attention to the smallest details and well organized both in the management of lesson bookings and in the organization of courses. There are many courses you can take part in, suitable for anyone, from beginners to those who are more experienced. I also had a great time with the teachers, who were professional, capable and conveyed a lot of their passion! I can't help but be happy with this new beginning with Suryael!

Pregnancy yoga class turned out to be a beautiful experience, I found that my body had multiple abilities to practice in two. It was a journey of learning a new part of my body and myself. Helps you control your breathing which is essential during the second and third trimester and also manage the anxieties and worries that arise. Teacher Elisa accompanies you from start to finish, even with the last lesson she has with her partner. I went on a retreat that was hosted by Suryael Yoga School. As a person who speaks English and only a tiny bit of Italian, I was very nervous at first. The teachers and fellow students made us feel welcome and right at home and helped to translate. The retreat itself was focused on the chakras and the yoga practice was built around our learning and discussion. Everything was pure perfection. Really nice Yoga school in Napoli, you can easily do an "drop in" class which was perfect as I only stayed a few days in Napoli. They offer you mats and everything you need to practice, felt really welcome! I was a little sad that they don't have any weekend classes but the experience was great!

I met this school on December 20, 2022 for a Vinyasa class. That day was very important for me because it marked the beginning of a journey in Suryael that is slowly changing me completely, both in my approach to my body and above all to my mind. The teachers Elisa and Giorgia, so professional and passionate, manage to immediately convey the importance of every asana and every breath, opening our eyes to how deeply linked they are to our person and our daily life. Suryael means "divine light" and I think there is no more suitable name for this school whose mission is to illuminate the mind, body and heart of every practitioner.
