The Lodge Yoga & Wellness Hotel

Two parents - one child - five days. Thank you so much! Easy and accurate booking, pick up and drop off from Sintra and everything as promised. I did yoga and meditation every morning and evening. Beautiful friendly teachers! Catering to both experienced and beginner yoga practitioners. The rest of the family joined the last day and wished they could continue. Surfing lessons every day for father and son, with skilled instructor. We did several days of sightseeing in beautiful Sintra with surrounding hills and castles. Easy to get there, about 20 min trip by bus. Met several interesting, friendly, fellow travellers and Ralph and his crew were perfect hosts. Beautiful, clean rooms, great healthy breakfast and make-your-own-lunch. We made friends, went biking to the store, walked to the beach, chilled in the hammock, swam in the pool, went horseback riding, played fotball, had both selfmade dinner and takeaway pizza at home as well as several good restaurant dinners. Highly recommended! Wish we could go back soon.

Awesome surroundings at the Serra da Sintra. Nice people, nice beaches and nice mtb trails. Perfect holiday vacation!

Only got to stay for a week, but would definitely like to go back. Both Ralph and his staff are great and he did a great job renovating the horse stables into comfortable rooms. I felt right at home. The Free Yoga style was something to get used to, but our teacher Madalena was very sweet and intuitive. And she gave good massages. Really worth the money. Also the other guests were a true joy. I didn't go surfing or climbing, but heard great stories about it from the other guests. Good teachers and good vibes all around. Until next time!

We spent two fantastic weeks at the lodge in July - Ralf was a great host, the accommodation cool, great job done in converting old stables into guest rooms! Really enjoyed it - walking distance to the beaches. No stress to be active - however, you get active! Surfing and climbing - good mix, great surfing lessons for the kids, really safe and solid climbing, brilliant guide. Would return at the tip of a hat - just need to make time and get it organized! Thanks again to the team!

The lodge is a place of pleasure and relaxation! The Yoga classes were superb, the massage a trip to heaven and the surf made beginnens and pros happy. But eventually the nice people and staff with always a helping hand and smile made our vacation just perfect! Hands up and Cheers!!

A little corner where the exuberant nature calms you and connects to the here and now... where the affection of the staff and the soul of the boss spread everywhere if mixing the sound and the breeze of the Atlantic. The Best Holiday! I was in September there and even a week was relaxing and great. Lots of nice people met, the room was great, the staff, as well as the surf great, the scenery and surroundings so beautiful.
