The Pilates House

I was introduced to pilates by the lovely Leah and I instantly fell in love with her fun and flawless way of teaching. Her knowledge and understanding of what one needs is priceless and her cues are always spot on. Really grateful that I met her, especially being in my late pregnancy, as every time I leave her class I walk out with such confidence and understanding of what my body needs. Highly recommend!

I am so enjoying my Pilates classes with Leah! She is sooooo knowledgeable about the body and all of its intricacies, and has a really down-to-earth teaching style that makes the class as fun as it is challenging. Highly recommended!!

Leah has a passion for movement backed by strong knowledge and accreditation. Her classes are personalised to build strength and stability no matter what your pilates experience might be. She uses a whole host of amazing gadgets to keep classes varied and interesting (I especially love the MOTR) and works closely with each individual, focusing on wholistic wellbeing. The Pilates House is a KPG gem and an asset to our local community!

A much needed & great addition to the plethora of yoga classes available on the island. Leah focuses on alignment and building core strength through gentle, targeted movements that hone and tone specific areas of the body. Her attention to detail and patience are second to none and her classes thoroughly enjoyable. I did a workout led by Leah, and i was very impressed by her knowledge of anatomy and physiology, and by her ability to target specific issues through exercises. The exercises were challenging but very well adapted to my level of fitness. She is also fun and motivating. Thank you Leah!
