Having just completed a 10 day ultra cleanse I highly recommend it i lost on average a kilo a day my blood pressure went from extremely high to normal.. it was my 4th cleanse at Atmanjai and now hopefully that international travel is back to normal it will be an annual event .

This was my first experience at Atmanjai and I can’t wait to book my next trip. I personally took part in the fitness program and can say the whole process, start to finish was incredible, from the resort, food, fitness class, trainers etc. everything was top class. The team have thought of everything and go above and beyond to ensure the guests have the best possible experience. Stuart an Irish gem, who looks after the detox program is amazing, and personally connects with each person to help them achieve their goals. It’s a small piece of heaven, cant recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to get back ❤️

I’ve been to Atmanjai a number of times over the past 10 years, primarily to spend a week on the Ultra-Cleanse as a reset and detox. It’s never failed to be physically and emotionally effective, and has always been made particularly special by the energy and love of the staff. This time was different though… I had planned on spending two weeks there, to rejuvenate after a rough couple of (COVID) years…. But after a week, I knew I needed longer. There were bigger shifts happening within me, and Atmanjai facilitated, allowed and supported these shifts. I stayed for five weeks and would have stayed longer if I could. I would recommend Atmanjai with my whole heart - there is not a single about the experience or program that I would change.

Such a lovely place, nice vibes all around, great people and very tasty food in their restaurant with stunning ocean view. All kinds of activities, can highly recommend morning yoga, best way to start the day. Thank you Atmanjai, 🙏 A small oasis on a paradise island. Go here and you will leave with lovely memories. ❤️🏝️

I've just returned from the most amazing 6 days at Atmanjai where I took the yoga and fitness Programme. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, it was pure perfection from the staff and accommodation to the food. Trainers Krix and Presley were amazing and gorgeous people! already planning my next trip. Thank you everyone x

I did a combo of ultra cleanse and eat well and it was amazing... cleansing not only of your body but of you mind and soul. The hotel and program staff are such lovely people taking care of every single client. The services provided of hight quality and the program offers so many different activties and therapies. You will never get bored! The food based on raw vegan was the best I have ever had so far and all dishes were very creative. The place itself is located at the beach with beautiful scenery incl. sunrise and sunset. Obviously, the feeling after the accomplishment of the program is great. I come back revitalised and energised with tons of poisitive thinking. Thank you and see you again. Karolina

Totally in love with this place ! As a gift for my self on my birthday I checked in to Atmanjai to do a four day juice cleanse . Not only was it super easy. Beacuse the juices were so delicious, it was a really fantastic experience in everyway. Atamjai awakens the body, mind and spirit with there array of treatments and facilities . I left feeling alive energized and radiant. The staff are super kind and experienced and there is something about this place that is electric. I can't wait to come back to my new happy place 🙂Atamjai gets an unequivocal five stars for sure .

Whether one is looking for a short getaway or a serious detox Atmanjai is THE place to be. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, great yoga classes, massages. Second time here doing Eat Well program and looking forward to my next visit.

My daughter and I stayed at the resort for five days, it was absolutely amazing they really understood where my body and mind was and able to detect what my body really required and put me on it amazing program the food was brilliant the staff are friendly, we loved Kerry the yoga teacher and all the other staff are really knowledgeable.... the first few days was hard getting through the detox but came the 4,5 day was feeling amazing .. mind, body, soul 🍃
