Surya Shivjot Kaur is KRI certified Kundalini yoga teacher, lead teacher trainer at One Yoga (E-RYT500)and Somatic movement educator (MA) and has been practising and teaching Kundalini yoga, Hatha yoga and therapeutic somatic practices for over 10 years.
We offer daily yoga classes (Yin, Hatha, Yin & Yang, Vinyasa, Kundalini) from Tuesday to Saturday. We look forward to seeing you on the mat!
