I attended yoga classes daily at BB Gym, conducted by Natalie, a super patient and competent teacher who makes all the efforts to smooth down our practice.
Never overcrowded, the classes start after sunset at 18.30 and you can get special prices if you pick 3 or 5 classes packs.
A great place to start doing yoga or having the chance to practice daily in a very nice atmosphere!

BB Gym has a yoga class once a day at 10am. Our instructor was very nice and helpful. She said she usually has a max of 5 people show up to her class but when I went there was about 15. She made it work though and I really enjoyed it. I recommend taking your own mat if you have one though, as the ones at the gym are a little worn down and not so clean.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a gym at Lonely Beach. As a past US fitness trainer, I can tell you the equipment there is sufficient for a well rounded conditioning that will work all of your muscle groups, with adequate cardio equipment.

agreat place to unwind and keep active. This undercover, yet outside gym, is reasonably priced and well equipped, and near all the bars and restaurants in Lonely Beach, and right next door to the BB Tapas Bar, a vibey place.

We did a yoga class at BB gym with Arnand. The class was great. Arnand explains the how and why of the excercises very well and he is a real good teacher. The flow of the entire workout is really good. I definetely recommend this yoga class, because of the good and patient explanation, even beginners can join. You leave with a relaxed and a fullfilled feeling.
