Strong Tower Pilates Acworth

I don't think I can say enough about how great this workout is. Works all the "problem" areas women have! I love how there are different levels of difficulty. Makes me comfortable to do less but love the challenges to look forward to pushing myself to try. I was surprised how much it got my heart pumping too! I'm sore in all the right places the day after and already wanting to get back in again! Heather was fabulous! She checked form and encouraged us by name. She also shared some fun stories about her life to help distract us through some of the difficult workouts!

I love Barre3 and everything it’s about! I’ve been going for 3 years and I have met some of the most amazing people there. The instructors are top notch amazing and the owners have the biggest hearts. So thankful I have Barre3 in my life�

I had my first class here yesterday and absolutely loved it. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I broke my arm a year ago and am still not able to use it fully and they were able to show me modifications and really help me feel comfortable with what I was doing. I can't wait for my next class! Highly recommend.

I love Barre3 Bellevue. Here are the things that attracted me before I even took a class: the woman at reception smiled and welcomed me on my first visit, was enthusiastic, the studio is so bright, the color scheme so cheerful, everything looks clean and tidy. And then the classes! Totally perfect for me, a person with several joint issues, because the movements are doable within a huge beneficial range, the instructors are SO positive, supportive and the ongoing corrections are really really helpful. Love it. Never feel better than when I've completed a class, and I mean that in a good way... : )

Yesterday, I started my birthday off right with a workout at Barre3. As usual, Bo did not disappoint! Thank you for another amazing workout and for making class fun and challenging!
