I have been exercising for over 25 years and I must say this is a total body challenge. I feel amazing when finished and it is very addicting. Revealing my age, I have taken high impact aerobics, Step Reebok, Cross Fit, Boot Camp, Pilates Mat, Pilates Booty Barre, Pilates Reformer, and running weekly. Barre 3 is Intense and well work every cent.
