I began group yoga and barre classes early this year with Tia Lancaster and Whitney Caison. At the end of March, I had an emergency hip replacement due to a horseback riding fall. To ensure a safe recuperation period, I began private yoga and Pilates lessons with Tia and Whitney. These instructors worked patiently to enhance and ensure a safe recovery process. Tia and I learned there is a big void of empirical information regarding safe yoga moves for newly replaced hip patients. She went above and beyond to research and adapt yoga moves for me, devoting a great deal of time to research on her personal time. I’m grateful for her dedication and expertise. I recently returned to group barre sessions with Whitney, group Pilates to follow, and I’m ready to resume group yoga sessions with Tia. These instructors are the best!

Lifemoves Studio is my very favorite place to workout. The instructors are warm, welcoming, and unique. Each one has his or her own style, which makes every class feel exciting. The studio is very neat and maintained with a relaxed vibe and comfort level. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lifemoves Studio to any person looking to develop long, lean muscles and confidence in your self. Lifemoves Studio brings joy to my life, and I always feel stronger and more confident when I finish a class. It is a truly AMAZING place!!!

I finally made it to Tia’s yoga class Monday night and absolutely loved it! I am still feeling calm and balanced and I highly recommend her class to anyone!

Great studio! So far I have only done the pilates equipment class and I am in love. Looking forward to trying every class. Whitney is my favorite! She rocks. Super knowledgeable and friendly.
