At first I sought help with my painful back arthritis and 2 blown discs....I could hardly move. I contacted Dr. Joe and after a couple visits, he suggested pilates with Brooke. I immediately saw and felt the benefits....that was 4 years ago. At 70 now I'm able to do things, walk places & function better than at 66. All thanks to Brooke's "Eagle Eye" guidance.
