Amazing! I've never liked working out, ever, and I thought I had tried everything. B3 totally changed that, I look forward to this hour everytime I go and always end up feeling amazing after. I love that the owners and instructors really take the time to get to know their members. The classes are super easy to personalize to every ability level, which makes it great for newbie exercisers like me or super fit folks.

My body has never been so toned in my life. The encouragement and empathy from the staff "melts my shoulders" and helps me to "stand tall". Really a transformation has happened...I have given myself permission to sculpt my body. True story; this place and mindset have positively changed my life for the better.

Of all the many workouts I've ever done, from yoga to spinning to boot camp, Barre3 has literally reshaped, defined and toned my body, made me healthy and strong from the inside out (and helped me lose 20lbs). I look and feel better now, after having a child than I ever have in my entire life. And the warm, supportive and accepting community surrounding this amazing blend of yoga, pilates and barre is the icing on the vegan gluten free cake

I absolutely love Barre3. I have never taken a workout class before, and after one class, I was addicted. I like how the instructors provide tips for discomfort or how to work deeper. I can be self conscious and the instructors remind me that everyone's bodies are different and the moves will look differently on everyone. They encourage you to make Barre3 your own and it helps me stay in tuned with my body as I try to work in proper form while finding grace. The owners Lisa and Rebecca are very nice and personable, and all the instructors are great. I also like seeing the instructors take each other's classes. Thank you Barre3 Morristown! You have changed my life and it feels great to take care of my body and have great instructors to help me.

Love Love Love it!!! I have tried every type of exercise class throughout my life but This class really feeds my body and soul.

I took the 9:45 am class today with Allyson and it was amazing. I don't get to come to in studio class often since I don't live close, but I really enjoyed today's class. I look forward to future classes. Every time I leave a class I feel so alive and wish I could do another one right after that one. Keep up the good work girls!
