I have been looking for a children’s class for awhile that allows us flexibility and no commitment since we can only do every other weekend. The kids drop in community class is perfect for us. My daughter had a blast and is looking forward to the next!

Wow, is all I can say as a guy there was a stigma in my head about Yoga, boy was I wrong! Rachele Cippolone is the best teacher she is patient, breaks down walls and pre conceived notions. "Yoga is messy" which was said by Rachele, it kept my ego at bay and made me feel like I belong. Give it a class and you will be hooked. Finding my center has never been more fun! Love it
